RETURN POLICY?
All orders through GritX are final within reason. In the event you wish to return a product, you must contact us within 30 days for a Return Material Authorization number. The RMA will be issued from the manufacturer for return and evaluation.
Once your return has been received by our warehouse, it will be evaluated for quality and damage. If no replacement can be made (due to discontinued items), we will issue you a credit on your account equal to the original purchase price of the item(s), less any applicable restocking fees and shipping charges (if applicable).
If your order was placed using a promotional code, any discounts provided by that code will not apply to your order after its return.
